Eng Engineering was responsible for the mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection designs for this award winning facility at the University of Florida.
A 370,000-square-foot business and sports complex, Metro Square's tenants include Wachovia, Baptist Health and E-Loan. Eng Engineering was responsible for tenant build-outs with the listed tenants and many others. Today, Eng Engineering is still the engineering company of choice for Metro Square Office Park.
Eng Engineering developed a solution to control humidity issues in multiple surgical areas, bringing the facility into code compliance, demonstrating Eng Engineering's ability to work conjointly with municipal agencies.
In 2005, Eng Engineering provided this Nigerian airport with mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection design for a control tower, multiple support buildings, a hangar, and a maintenance facility.
Since 1994, Eng Engineering has handled much of JAXPORT's electrical and CCTV engineering. Including work on all three facilities, most recently completing a $220 million dollar, 150 acre container terminal.
Eng Engineering designed Wachovia's first 7,500 sq. ft. unmanned MDF room, as well as numerous projects of various scope within Wachovia's 125,000 sq. ft. Capital Plaza facility.

OUR HISTORY
In 1987, Eng Engineering, Inc. was established in Jacksonville, Florida. Founder Edward J. Eng, a licensed professional engineer, launched the company as a research firm and later offering mechanical, electrical, fire protection, and forensic consulting services to private owners, architects, and larger engineering firms. Today, Eng Engineering has grown to be much more, integrating its disciplines into various business sectors.
